The Dorchester episcopal area covers Oxfordshire, apart from the City of Oxford. It extends from the Cotswolds in the west all the way down to Henley-on-Thames.

The Venerable David Tyler was a chartered accountant before ordination and became Associate Archdeacon of Dorchester in 2020. David was collated as Archdeacon of Dorchester in March 2023, following the retirement of the Ven Judy French.
Jane Haslam

The Revd Preb Jane Haslam took up the post of Associate Archdeacon to support the Venerable David Tyler in July 2023. Jane was previously Rector of the Alfred Jewel benefice in the Diocese of Bath and Wells.
