Oxford (City)
The Deaneries of Cowley and Oxford sit right at the heart of the diocese.
The Bishop of Oxford is the diocesan or most senior bishop, responsible for oversight of the whole diocese.
In addition to their diocese-wide and national responsibilities, the Bishop of Oxford has pastoral care of the two deaneries of Oxford and Cowley, which cover the City of Oxford, right in the heart of the diocese.
The role of Bishop of Oxford is currently in vacancy. You can contact the bishop’s office by email at bishop.oxford@oxford.anglican.org or by phone via EA Marian Green on 01865 208 222.
