Responding together

Over the last year, the Diocese of Oxford has continued to respond to the dramatic events which are reshaping our world.

Our interfaith teams have been working closely with faith leaders to counter extremism and hate, and we continue to deepen our work on racial justice.

We have made significant steps forward in our journey towards net zero carbon, and in combatting poverty and exclusion locally.

"This is all a vital part of what it means to be a more Christ-like Church for the sake of God’s world: more contemplative, compassionate and courageous.

"The annual review highlights some of the achievements of our Church House and area office staff, committees, and councils. They work for every congregation, church, church school, parish and benefice."

– Bishop Steven and Canon Mark Humphriss
