The HR team deal with people and are here to help. We support and develop managers dealing with ‘people issues’ across the breadth of the employment relationship – from recruitment to development and concerns and compliance to well-being and best practice. Additionally, we provide signposting and first-line support to our parishes regarding employment matters.
The Safeguarding team are committed to responding to safeguarding concerns, providing advice if you are not sure what to do, and supporting survivors in an efficient and effective way.
What do we do?
The HR and Safeguarding teams provide services including:
- Clergy HR - Information and practical advice for clergy (terms of service and related matters).
- Parish Toolkit - Advice and guidance on the employment lifecycle for PCCs.
- Safeguarding - What to do if you're concerned about the safety of a child or vulnerable adult.
- Complaints & whistleblowing - What to do if you need to make a complaint.
