Welcome to YouShape
A Year of Discovery and Deeping Faith
YouShape is a formational year for young adults (18 to early 30s), designed to deepen your relationship with Jesus and nurture discipleship within an intentional community. Rooted in local churches and shaped by peers, it offers a structured yet flexible rhythm for those discerning God’s leading. YouShape includes monthly hub meetings with meals and reflection, a shared rule of life, a weekend retreat, a spring pilgrimage, and a commissioning service.
YouShape complements your existing commitments while offering depth, direction and support in your walk with Christ.
π Register NowJesus invites us into "life in all its fullness." As we follow Him, we become more authentically ourselves. Being "you-shaped" means aligning your life with God's purpose, discovering who you truly are in Christ.
We grow best together. Hubs gather monthly to share food, pray, worship, open Scripture, and support one another. Together, we build spiritual rhythms through a shared rule of life, a retreat weekend, and a challenge or trip.
This is a journey of purpose. You’ll explore God’s calling through prayer, worship, and community, supported by practical teaching that helps you lead yourself well and live out your faith with confidence.

Engage in nine themed, peer-led sessions forming a shared "rule of life." Each gathering focuses on communal cooking, eating, worship, and learning. Explore themes like hospitality, prayer, Scripture, justice, calling, and resilience, fostering deep and sustainable discipleship.
Monthly meet-ups typically occur on weeknights or weekend afternoons, depending on your local hub’s schedule.
Join all hubs for a countryside retreat featuring worship, teaching, workshops, and community-building activities. A time for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
Embark on a three-day spiritual journey at Cliff College in Derbyshire. Experience walking, shared prayer, communal meals, and personal reflection. Accommodation is provided, with options for room sharing or overflow housing. The pilgrimage concludes with a final gathering on Saturday night; check-out is by 9am Sunday.
Celebrate your journey with a diocesan service at Christ Church Cathedral (or a similar venue). Family, friends, and parish members are warmly invited to this joyful occasion.
