- The Churchwardens Nomination Form for use at your APCM can be found here.
- The Churchwardens Declaration Form can be found below under the relevant Archdeaconry.
- The Citation for Admission letter from the Registry for 2026 can be found here.
- The deadline for admitting churchwardens to office for 2026 is 31 August 2026.

Oxford
This year's Visitation service will be led by Bishop Steven and will take place in Christ Church Cathedral at 7.30pm on Thursday 21 May 2026. Please let Abbie Corfield know if you are able to attend and advise who will be attending with you by 15 May. If you are unable to attend on 21 May please identify a service from one of the other areas, as detailed below, and let us know which one you will be attending.
Please complete and return the churchwarden's declaration or bring it with you to the service.

Dorchester

Here is a list of Visitation Services venues and dates for 2026. Please complete your Declaration Form and return this to your deanery administrator. To let us know which Visitation Service you wish to attend, the Eventbrite links to book onto your preferred Service are contained within the How to book to attend a Visitation Service document.

Buckingham
The Visitation Services for the Buckingham Archdeaconry in 2026 will be led by Archdeacon Cassa and Associate Archdeacon Chris. Four services will be held across the Buckingham Archdeaconry through June and July and dates, times and venues can be downloaded by clicking here. You are very welcome to attend whichever service is most convenient for you.

Berkshire
The three Berkshire Visitations Services for 2026 will all be held this year in June:
- Tuesday 16 June 2026 – for Bradfield and Newbury deaneries - location: St Mary's Church, New Road, Greenham RG19 8RZ
- Thursday 18 June 2026 – for Reading and Sonning deaneries: – location: Wokingham St Paul, Reading Road, Wokingham RG41 1ED
- Wednesday 24 June 2026 – for Bracknell and Maidenhead & Windsor deaneries – location: All Saints, Boyne Hill, Church Close, Maidenhead SL6 4HE
Please return your Attendance Form ( Berkshire Attendance Form ) to berkshirevisitations@oxford.anglican.org before 29 May 2026.
Please return your completed Churchwardens Declaration Form to the Archdeacon's office by email at berkshirevisitations@oxford.anglican.org or by post to St Birinus House, Englefield Road, Theale, Reading, RG7 5AS or bring it with you to the Visitation Service.
