Part-time Schools Chaplaincy Worker

Woodstock Youth Work Trust (WYWT) are looking to appoint a Schools Chaplaincy Worker. This is an exciting new role for a motivated candidate. The post is initially for a fixed term of 3 years and begins at 10 hours per week, with scope for this to increase. As a Schools Chaplaincy Worker you will be involved in working with primary schools local to Woodstock to help deliver chaplaincy provision in each context.

The role will initially involve working in Kirtlington CofE School, and Bletchingdon CofE School in collaboration with both the school leadership, and the local parish ministry team. The role would also develop through building connections with other local parish churches and primary schools to explore further opportunities to see chaplaincy work commence.

As this is a new role you will have scope to shape how the chaplaincy role is delivered according to your vision and gifts and in partnership with existing provision and future needs of the schools.
