The Archdeaconry of Berkshire
Vicar - The Benefice of Earley St Nicolas, Reading
St Nicolas is a lively, thriving parish church (single parish benefice) on the outskirts of Reading. We are eucharistically-centred whilst embracing a wide range of churchmanship.
We are seeking a prayerful, community-minded priest who will support and lead us in our mission to be open to God, to each other, and to our community of Earley.
We look forward to working with a priest who can lead us to deepen our faith, work with changing demographics and work with us to become a Gold Eco Church.
We are looking for our new vicar to inspire new ideas and initiatives to further grow, integrate and value our children and young people in our worship and church activities.
Alongside our modern (1970s built) church building we have an impressive church centre that is well used and has the potential to grow even more.
We offer a good-sized, modern vicarage in a popular location; a supportive team and an active lay leadership; and a commitment to support you to take professional development opportunities.

All appointments are subject to acceptable pre-appointment checks, including a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Check
