CHILDREN from Checkendon Church of England Primary School were visited by Chocolate the Donkey from the Island Farm Donkey Sanctuary for a special service at St Peter and St Paul's Church. The Revd Kevin Davies gave out palm crosses to all 96 pupils as well as the teachers, teaching assistants, parents, younger siblings and members of the church community.
The children sang Let all creation sing, We have a king who rides and donkey and Hosanna Hosanna. ;
