THE Bible Reading Fellowship (BRF) , based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire and Cliff College have joined forces to develop training resources for churches. BRF and Cliff College , in Sheffield, have already worked together in recent years with BRF profiled on Cliff's BA in Mission and Ministry, and Certificate in Family Ministry training courses. Upcoming projects include developing a Certificate in Bible Engagement together with BRF providing some of their national speakers from its programmes for the annual Cliff Festival in May.
BRF's Lucy Moore (Messy Church), Debbie Thrower (The Gift of Years) and Mark Chester (Who Let The Dads Out?) will be speaking on the subject on 'Grace' in their areas of expertise. Richard Fisher, BRF's Chief Executive said: "BRF is delighted to be developing a formal partnership with Cliff College.
This is a natural extension of the work we already do with them.
We are excited at the prospect of being able to teach, train and impact more people through Cliff's expanding ministry and mission-focused courses.
It will also enable us to provide a training resource for staff and volunteers already involved in BRF's programmes. "Ian White, Cliff College's Senior Tutor added: "Cliff College is equally delighted to be partnering with an organization that is impacting so much innovative Christian mission and ministry across the UK and beyond.
We at the college honour good engagement with the Bible, as do BRF, and look forward to working alongside BRF and developing some exciting new training together. "
