Keeping in touch - Festival of Interest at St Peter & St Paul
Members of St Peter and St Paul's congregation have been continuing to arrange a series of activities to keep members of the community in touch during the pandemic.
Talks since Christmas have included Paula Kitching on Holocaust Memorial Day and Jennifer Moss on Buckinghamshire churches.
The talks have been facilitated via Zoom, allowing joiners to participate in the discussions and have a chat before and after the talk.
They are also live-streamed on the church Facebook page . The current virtual activity is Inspiring Buildings : members are asked to nominate a building that has meant something to them.
Pictures and a short description of why the building is important are displayed on the church website, as well as Facebook and Instagram.
Buildings shown so far include a church in Denmark, reed houses in Peru and the Hull Maritime Museum. More talks and displays are planned and details of these, together with links to previous ones, can be found on the festival pages of the St Peter and St Paul website.
