The Revd Dr Keith Beech-Gruneberg, from the Diocese of Oxford's Mission Department is moving on to a new role at Church House, Westminster.
Keith is currently the Director of Local Ministry Training for the Diocese of Oxford, co-Principal of the Oxford Local Ministry Programme and involved in every aspect of the formation of Ordinands, readers and curates.
He is moving on the become the IME Pathways Adviser within the Formation Team at Ministry Division. Keith, who is also the Programme Director for Local Ministry Programme for Ordinands at Ripon College Cuddesdon, has won the respect of many in the theological education institutions (TEIs) and in the Common Awards partnership for his detailed knowledge and his diligence as chair of the Continuing Implementation Group and as Academic Registrar within the South Central Regional Training Partnership. Keith is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, has a Doctorate in Old Testament studies and is leading a research project on how ministers in IME 2 use the Bible in their ministry.
Prior to his current role, he was Director of Studies within the Oxford Local Ministry Programme for 7 years, having served a curacy in the Diocese of Oxford. Andrew Anderson-Gear, Director of Mission for the Diocese of Oxford, said: ". I am hugely grateful for the technical expertise and attention to detail Keith has brought to this role.
