New clergy for Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire
Former teachers, a sheep expert, a nurse and people from many other walks of life are to be ordained as Deacons in special services at Christ Church Cathedral in Oxford. A total of 25 new clergy who will be ordained on Saturday 4 July at three services, to be held at 10am, 2pm and 6pm. The newly ordained Deacons will mainly serve as curates in parishes across the Diocese of Oxford, which covers Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
