YEAR Six children from Appleton CE Primary School donned their pyjamas and their trainers for a five kilometre run to school to raise money for Children in Need. There were 26 10 and 11 year olds running while four of their classmates were back at school preparing refreshments for after the run, which early in the day has already raised £1,500 for the national charity fundraiser. Meanwhile staff at Diocesan Church house are dressing up as their childhood heroes ready for a charity lunch. What is your school or church doing for Children in Need today?
