Welcoming Bishop Olivia. A WELCOME service on Saturday marked the official start of the Rt Revd Olivia Graham's ministry as the Bishop of Reading.
The Diocese of Oxford is delighted to announce that the Revd Canon Stephen Pullin from Reading Minster is to become the new Archdeacon of Berkshire.
England's longest-serving vicar has conducted one of his last services before he prepares to retire and move to Dorset.

January 2020 The Revd Emily Davis resigned from her post as Associate Minister, Easthampstead; The Revd Patrick Mukholi had his licence as Associate Minister, St Paul, Wokingham (with a focus on Woosehill Church) extended until 30 June 2020; The Revd Dr Simon Thorn has been appointed Associate Minister, St Mary the Virgin with St Cross with St Peter in the East, Oxford; The Revd Josephine Williams stood down as Associate Area Dean of Reading; The Revd Dr Elizabeth Ratcliffe has been appointed Associate Area Dean of Reading in addition to Vicar, St Michael, Tilehurst; The Revd Benjamin Topham has been appointed Associate Rector of St George's, Stamford in the Diocese of Lincoln; The Revd Ken Campbell resigned from his post as Rector, Appleton with Besselsleigh; The Very Revd Jeremy Auld has been appointed Rector, Woodstock and Bladon, and Area Dean, Woodstock; The Revd Karen Charman has been appointed Vicar, Garsington, Cuddesdon and Horspath; The Ven Martin Gorick has been appointed Bishop of Dudley in the Diocese of Worcester; The Revd Canon Peter Groves has been appointed Acting Archdeacon of Oxford alongside his position as Vicar of St Mary Magdalen, Oxford.
