Pioneer Minister, the Revd Chris Hunt, and a small team of volunteers have grown a creative church community in the new Elmsbrook Eco Town.
The Diocese of Oxford announced today the appointment of the Revd Dr Andy Angel as Director of Formation for Ministry and Dr Andrew Hayes as Lay Ministry Enabler.
St Andrew’s new Church building uses renewable energy to power, heat and light the space and is a valuable centre for the whole community to use and enjoy.
The Development Fund has awarded grants to nine churches to support a range of local church and community projects including a live nativity procession, Parish Nurse, and toddler group for adoptive and foster families.
Every Tuesday 20-30 adults of all ages gather with their carers at Greyfriars Church, Reading, for and evening of worship.
