Clergy comings and goings in the Diocese of Oxford: ~ April to June 2023
Nine parishes, across the Thames Valley, have been awarded grants to support a range of local church and community projects in the thirteenth round of the Development Fund.

The Oxford Diocesan Synod motion, Responding to the Climate Emergency, has been overwhelmingly supported by General Synod. The motion calls for the National Investment Bodies of the Church of England to scale up investment in renewable energy and other environmental solutions and asks the Government to review planning regulations to aid the installation of renewable technology on church buildings.
Rev Canon Professor Sarah Foot PhD, FRHistS, FSA was installed as Dean of Christ Church, Oxford, on Saturday 8 July 2023. Professor Foot is the first woman to be chosen for the role in Christ Church’s almost 500-year-long history.
